Becoming a Supporter Member of the Jaranga Cultural Association means becoming an active part of our Jaranga, our small community.

It is a way to contribute to sharing the values and ideals of The Project, to embrace them as your own, and to help build a path of change in your daily life.

Moreover, being a Supporter Member symbolically means working towards a common goal, like a pack of sled dogs. This is why we have chosen these names for our members:

Wheel Supporter: Wheel dogs are positioned immediately in front of the sled. Their role is crucial, as they are the first to set the sled in motion when the team starts out. The choice of this name for young people who would like to become supporting members reflects their importance, as they are seen as holding positive energy capable of moving the sled of existence toward the horizon of real change.

Team Supporter: Team dogs are the core of the team and contribute to the strength and cohesion of the entire pack.

Leader Supporter: Lead dogs are the two positioned at the front of the team. They have strong cognitive abilities, respond to the musher’s commands, and take on significant responsibility by making independent decisions when necessary.

Explorer Supporter: dedicated to those who see exploration as a way to seek a sincere and authentic relationship with natural elements and with other human beings.

Family Supporter: an opportunity to include the entire family in our project, as a sled dog team is a family unit.
